usps stopped doing ground shipping. now everything international is by air. there's no cheap way at the post office.
I think you are talking about commercial shipping. The freight is much lower but you have to ship a lot at a time. I work for a construction company, so we use those services all the time. Hanjin, everygreen will provide cheaper service but i'm not sure about non-commercial or small amount.
